Topic: Combating Witchcraft

The following is an example of one way I combat witchcraft that is being used against me.

This is the primary verse from scripture.  I quote it by first stating, "It is written."
Luke 10:19  "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you."
Note:  I often say "trample" in place of "tread", which I consider to be synonymous.

This is another supporting scripture, the second sentence in 1 John 3:8.
"The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil."

I say the following with authority, believing in what I am saying.
With authority over all the power of the enemy given to me, I take it.  And in the name of Jesus Christ, I trample over this power of the enemy called witchcraft, such that it does not hurt me.  I do so in accordance with the will and word of God, and thereby destroy this work of the devil.  The will of the Lord be done!
